Agreement

This is a legal agreement between Totaliweb of Antonio Maraucci (“Seller”, “Totaliweb”, “Autolinkers”, “us,” or “we”), an Italy-registered company (Via Matera Pasquale 14, Casoria 80026 (NA)), and you, the person or entity (“Customer”, “Buyer”, or “you”) purchasing or using any Autolinkers plugin and related services provided by us. By accepting these Terms, purchasing our plugin, or using any services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms form part of the legally binding agreement between you and us regarding the use of Autolinkers.

Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Autolinkers for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with the license type you have purchased. All content and materials provided on our website are solely for non-commercial use within your organization to support Autolinkers. You may not republish or share these materials without prior written consent from us.

You agree to maintain all copyright and proprietary notices on any materials from our website. Except as expressly permitted in this agreement, you are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written approval.

Trademarks

The Autolinkers logo, name, and any related trademarks are property of Totaliweb. You may not use any such trademarks without express written consent from us. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may contain links to external websites or resources. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of content on such third-party sites and provide these links only for convenience. Inclusion of any links does not imply endorsement by us, and accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk.

Software License Agreement

Autolinkers is distributed under the GNU General Public License (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt). You agree to comply with the terms of this license when using our software. You may not redistribute, resell, or alter the software without prior written consent, except as allowed by the GPL.

Automatic Updates

Automatic updates for Autolinkers are available to licensed users in accordance with the license purchased. These updates are provided for one year from the date of purchase for annual licenses. After the one-year term, you will need to renew your license to continue receiving updates and support.

Automatically Renewing Subscription

If you purchase an annual license, your subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your purchase. An active license entitles you to automatic updates, new features, and support for Autolinkers. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@autolinkers.com. Upon cancellation, your license will not renew and will expire one year after the original purchase date. Once expired, you will no longer have access to updates or support, but you can renew at any time to reactivate your license.

Delivery

After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to your Autolinkers account, which will provide access to your license key, download links, and payment history. The delivery email typically arrives within minutes but may take up to one hour. If you do not receive it, please contact us at support@autolinkers.com.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights to Autolinkers remain with Totaliweb. You may not claim ownership of the software or its underlying code. The plugin is provided “as is,” without any warranty, express or implied. We disclaim all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Support

Support for Autolinkers is provided to customers with a valid license key. Support is available via email at support@autolinkers.com. We do not provide support for third-party plugins or components not developed by us.

Support is tied to the license holder’s email address, and only the original purchaser of the license is entitled to access our support. License holders are prohibited from sharing or reselling their license keys. The license key can only be transferred with prior written approval by contacting support@autolinkers.com.

Prohibited Uses of License and Support

The Autolinkers license is intended for use on the license holder’s websites. Use on client sites is permitted if the license holder maintains an ongoing consulting relationship. However, you may not offer Autolinkers as a service or include it as part of a web hosting solution. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license without a refund, and you will lose access to updates and support.

Transactional Emails

By purchasing Autolinkers, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your purchase. These emails may include information about license renewal, product updates, or changes to our terms. You may not opt out of transactional emails as they are essential to our service.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Autolinkers account or license at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or misuse of our services. No refunds will be issued in cases of account suspension.

Warranty Disclaimer

Autolinkers is guaranteed to work on a clean installation of WordPress with a default theme. We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or browser environments. We are not responsible for data loss or any other issues that may arise during the use of our plugin.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Totaliweb or Autolinkers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund Policy

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you also automatically agree to our Refund Policy. This Refund Policy is an integral part of the agreement between Totaliweb and the Customer, and acceptance of the Terms also constitutes acceptance of the Refund Policy.

Addition to Terms and Conditions

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you also confirm read and agree to our Privacy Policy. Your use of our website and services signifies that you understand and consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this Privacy Policy.
