30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Autolinkers and you are still within 30 days of your original purchase, we will gladly honor your refund request. After the 30-day period from the purchase date has passed, you agree that you have had a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the product and confirm its suitability for your needs. By this point, any further requests for refunds will not be granted.

Please note that lifetime licenses are excluded from this 30-day refund policy. See details below.

Automatic License Renewals

For annual licenses, Autolinkers subscriptions automatically renew after one year unless canceled beforehand. Renewal payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@autolinkers.com.

We send three email reminders to the email address you provided during checkout to notify you of your upcoming renewal. These reminders will be sent:

1. Two weeks before the renewal date,
2. One week before the renewal date,
3. Three days before the renewal date.

You can use these reminders to cancel your subscription before the renewal is processed. Once the renewal payment has been processed, we cannot offer a refund.

Refunds for Lifetime Licenses

For our business sustainability, lifetime licenses are non-refundable. The fees imposed by payment gateways for refunding lifetime licenses are often close to the cost of a standard annual license, making refunds unfeasible for us.

If you are uncertain about committing to a lifetime license, we recommend starting with an annual subscription, which is covered by the refund policy. If you decide to upgrade to a lifetime license before your yearly subscription ends, please contact us, and we will provide a discounted upgrade link based on your initial purchase.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback instead of requesting a refund, we reserve the right to retain 50% of the disputed amount while we gather evidence and respond to the dispute. We strongly recommend reaching out to us first to resolve any issues amicably.
